Before you write

If your message is about something not working, the app can do most of the work for you: open Settings → Contact us inside Dada. It starts an email with your app version and device model already filled in. Please leave that block in the message — it usually saves a round of questions.

Privacy requests

To get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted, write to the same address and say what you would like. We answer within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Reporting misuse

Dada is for families who agree to share with each other. If you believe the app has been installed on your device without your knowledge, contact us and we will help you remove the device from the family it is linked to.
